12VHPWR (12pin + 4 sense wire) is the new connector for the new graphic cards that utilize PCIE Gen-5, including Nvidia 4000 series. The design and the materials used for this new kind of connectors are different compared to the widely-used Mini Fit Family Power Connector.
This new connector require a strict material selection, including high current rating terminal and lower wire gauge (16 AWG).
Our 12VHPWR are made by INDIVIDUALLY CRIMPED wire, instead of soldering as found in the stock adapter, using a semi-automated crimping machine to ensure the consistency.
Two sense wires are installed to support up to 600w capacity of power delivery, managed in a way the sense wires will be invisible.
