Processing Time

1) How long does production take?
Production usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on design complexity and order volume.
2) What is Expedited Processing Time?
If selected, your order will be prioritized and completed within 7 business days (shipping time not included).
3) Can processing take longer?
In some cases, yes—such as when new measurements or reconfirmation of cable lengths are required. We will still aim to complete your order within 14 business days.
4) What happens if my order is delayed or takes longer than expected?
We always aim to complete every order within the estimated timeframe provided. However, certain factors may be beyond our control and cannot always be anticipated, such as production complexity, order volume, or the need for additional technical confirmation. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you and, where possible, make reasonable efforts to offer the best available solution, which may include faster shipping options, subject to availability and applicability.

3) Crimping & Assembly
Crimping and assembling cables.
4) Quality Control (QC)
Testing and visual inspection.
5) Packing
Final inspection and packing.
6) Ready to Ship
Order completed and ready for shipment.
7) Sent to Shipping Agent
Order handed over to the shipping agent. The tracking number will be available within 2 business days.
8) Priority – Cutting
Priority processing at the cutting stage.
9) Priority – Crimping & Assembly
Priority processing at the crimping and assembly stage.
10) Priority – Quality Control (QC)
Priority processing for testing and inspection.

Shipping Policy

1) Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.
2) Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
3) Domestic and international shipping options are available. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination.
4) All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners. While we carefully prepare each shipment, any delays or damage occurring during transit are beyond our control.
5) Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
6) If you need to change your order details or shipping address, please notify us before your order is processed for shipment.
Important: We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages if an address change was not communicated to us in advance or was requested after the package has been shipped. To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your order details and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

Remote Area Surcharge
An additional fee may apply if the delivery address is classified as a Remote Area by the carrier. Our system cannot automatically detect this during checkout. If a remote area surcharge applies, we will inform you as soon as possible after your order is placed.

What if my package is delayed or damaged?

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. While delays or damage are beyond our control, we will assist with claims when possible.
