By accessing, ordering, or purchasing from the website  www.cablester.com or through Cablester’s official communication channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”).

These T&C apply to all transactions conducted through:

– The Cablester website;
– Marketplaces (including but not limited to Etsy and Tokopedia);
– Social media platforms; and
– Direct communication with Cablester Custom.

These T&C constitute a valid and legally binding agreement between you and Cablester Custom. Any approval provided via invoice, email, instant messaging, or other electronic systems shall be deemed valid and binding.

1. Membership & Account

   1.1 Eligibility

To create an account and make purchases, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old or have obtained consent from a legal parent or guardian.

   1.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase.

   1.3 Account Confidentiality

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, and all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

   1.4 Account Suspension or Termination

Cablester Custom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&C, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse of services, or legal violations. Cablester Custom shall not be liable for any losses arising from such suspension or termination.

2. Product Information & Pricing (Custom-Made)

   2.1 Nature of Custom-Made Products

All modular power supply cables for SFF PCs produced by Cablester Custom are assembled based on customer-specific requests and specifications (custom-made), including technical specifications, color, length, and connector type.

   2.2 Specification Accuracy

You are fully responsible for the accuracy and correctness of all specifications provided. Any product mismatch resulting from incorrect customer information is not eligible for refund or replacement.

⚠️ Warning:
Due to the custom-made nature of the products, changes or cancellations cannot be made once production has started. Requests for changes may only be submitted within 2 × 24 hours after order confirmation.

   2.3 Pricing

Prices are determined based on the selected specifications and materials. Prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or United States Dollar (USD) and exclude shipping costs and taxes.

   2.4 Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

For international shipments, customers are fully responsible for all taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities. Cablester Custom is not responsible for delays or package holds caused by customs authorities.

3. Ordering & Payment

   3.1 Ordering Process

Orders may be placed through:

– The Cablester Custom website; or
– Official marketplaces (Etsy, Tokopedia).

   3.2 Confirmation & Invoice

Upon order confirmation, Cablester Custom will issue an invoice along with payment instructions. An order is deemed valid once an invoice is issued. Paid invoices are non-cancelable unless otherwise stated in these T&C.

   3.3 Payment Methods

Payment methods include bank transfer, virtual account, digital wallets, PayPal, and credit cards. Available payment methods may change at any time.

   3.4 Full Payment Requirement

Production will commence only after full payment has been received and verified by Cablester Custom.

   3.5 Shipping Address Changes

– Before processing: address changes may be requested by contacting Customer Service.
– After processing or shipment: address changes are not guaranteed.
Any address errors are solely the customer’s responsibility.

4. Production & Shipping

   4.1 Production Time

Estimated production time is 7–14 business days, depending on order complexity and production queue. This estimate is non-binding. If you select “Expedited Processing Time,” your order will be prioritized and completed within 7 business days.

   4.2 Shipping

Domestic and international shipping is available through third-party logistics providers. Risks of delay, loss, or damage during shipment are beyond Cablester Custom’s control. Where possible, Cablester Custom will assist with claim processes and communication with couriers.

   4.3 Package Receipt

Customers must inspect the package upon receipt. Packages with visible physical damage may be refused.

   4.4 Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Cablester Custom does not ship to Israel, Ukraine, and the Russian Federation. This policy may change at any time.

5. Return & Warranty Policy
   5.1 Warranty & Custom Cable Usage

The use of custom cables inherently carries the potential risk of voiding your hardware warranty. However, this does not automatically mean that warranty (RMA) claims will be rejected. In many cases, manufacturers may still approve RMA requests even if custom cables were used, depending on their inspection findings and internal policies.

Please note that cable failure — particularly in cases such as melted connectors — can result from various factors, including but not limited to:

– Improper connector insertion (not fully seated)
– Loose connections or partial contact
– Excessive cable bending or mechanical stress near the connector
– High power draw beyond recommended specifications
– Power spikes or unstable electrical supply
– Manufacturing tolerances on GPU or PSU-side connectors
– Dust, debris, or contamination inside the connector
– Repeated plugging and unplugging causing terminal wear

While we take every precaution to manufacture cables in strict compliance with official specifications and electrical standards, it is not possible to anticipate or control all real-world usage conditions.
Our responsibility is to ensure that the materials, terminals, wire gauge, and assembly process meet proper specifications and quality control stand

   5.2 Quality Assurance

Cablester Custom products are manufactured in accordance with Intel ATX Specification Version 3.1 and have undergone Quality Control (QC). Cablester Custom warrants that each cable product conforms to the agreed technical specifications and customer requirements, and is functional and usable upon first use.

   5.3 Defective or Incorrect Products

Complaints must be reported within 2 × 24 hours of product receipt, supported by photo or video evidence.

   5.4 Product Warranty

Custom-made products carry a 1 (one) year warranty against manufacturing defects, including:

1. Incorrect pinout;
2. Incorrect connector type;
3. Defects in materials or workmanship;
4. Proven failure to function upon first use or failure to meet agreed technical specifications;
5. Non-conformity with customer requests (incorrect color, cable type, or intended use).

This warranty applies solely to the cable product itself and does not extend to any other hardware components.

   5.5 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or failure caused by:

1. Incorrect installation, including but not limited to:
   1. CPU cables connected to GPU ports;
   2. PSU A cables connected to PSU B;
   3. Incomplete or improper connector insertion;
   4. Improper cable routing causing mechanical stress;
2. Modification or tampering, including physical alterations such as:
   1. Removing or replacing connectors;
   2. Changing cable length;
   3. Altering pinouts;
   4. Re-sleeving or any post-delivery modification;
3. Customer specification errors, including:
   1. Incorrect PSU model provided;
   2. Incorrect cable length selection;
   3. Incorrect connector orientation;
   4. Inaccurate or inconsistent technical information supplied to Cablester Custom;
4. Use beyond specifications, including:
   1. Load conditions exceeding official connector or ATX specifications;
   2. Sustained excessive power draw;
   3. Abnormal transient power spikes;
   4. Excessive mating cycles beyond normal consumer usage;
5. Usage of 12VHPWR / 12V-2×6 connectors, which, as documented within the industry, may be susceptible to overheating or melting under certain conditions.
   1. Inherent design sensitivities and external variables,
   2. GPU-side connector tolerances
   3. Insertion depth
   4. System load characteristics, and
   5. User installation practices

By purchasing and using these cables, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with these connector standards.

   5.6 Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Cablester Custom may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

1. Refund, processed within a maximum of 2 business days. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable; or
2. Replacement product, processed within a maximum of 5 business days at no additional charge (excluding applicable taxes or customs duties, if any).

Cablester Custom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or component-level damages, including but not limited to damage to GPUs, power supply units, motherboards, or other hardware.

6. Custom-Made Product Policy

By approving the invoice and completing payment, the customer is deemed to have agreed to all final specifications as the basis for production.

7. Intellectual Property

All Cablester Custom content is protected by copyright law and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in unlawful activities, system abuse, or actions that may harm Cablester Custom or other customers.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Products and services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Cablester Custom shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

These T&C may be updated at any time and shall take effect upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

12. Force Majeure

Cablester Custom shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These T&C constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

15. Language Control

In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
