Singapore Post (Africa, Asia, and Europe)

Pre-Transit
The shipment is being transported from Indonesia to the destination country. The package may pass through transit hubs (such as Singapore, Hong Kong, or the Netherlands), depending on Singapore Post’s routing policy. This stage is estimated to take 10–18 days.

In-Transit
Your package has arrived in the destination country. This status means the local postal service or a third-party courier has scanned and recorded your package at their facility.

Out for Delivery
Your package is on its way to your delivery address. The courier will usually send a notification. Please ensure you are available or informed during this stage.

Failed
Delivery was unsuccessful. This usually happens if no one was available to receive the package or if the courier could not locate the delivery address.

Delivered
Your package has been successfully delivered. Please check the condition and contents of the package. If necessary, we recommend recording a video during unboxing in case a shipping damage claim is needed.

Tip:
You may proactively contact your local post office to inquire about your shipment status after it reaches the In-Transit stage.

1) Enter your AWB number at https://track.quantiumworldwide.com/ to obtain a new tracking number starting with “LX”.
2) Enter the new tracking number at https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking


USPS (United States)

Pre-Transit
The shipment is being transported from Indonesia to the destination country. This stage is estimated to take 7–10 days.

In-Transit
Your package has arrived in the destination country and has been scanned by USPS or a third-party logistics partner.

Out for Delivery
Your package is on its way to your delivery address. USPS usually provides a delivery notification.

Failed
Delivery was unsuccessful, typically due to an unavailable recipient or an incorrect/unreachable address.

Delivered
Your package has been successfully delivered. Please inspect the package upon receipt. Recording an unboxing video is recommended for potential shipping damage claims.

Tip:
You may contact your local post office to check the shipment status once it reaches the In-Transit stage.

DHL (Worldwide)

Pre-Transit
The shipment is being transported from Indonesia to the destination country. This stage usually takes 1–2 days.

In-Transit
Your package has arrived in the destination country and has been scanned at a DHL facility.

Out for Delivery
Your package is on its way to your delivery address. DHL usually provides delivery notifications.

Failed
Delivery was unsuccessful, usually because no recipient was available or the address could not be located.

Delivered
Your package has been successfully delivered. Please inspect the package immediately and record an unboxing video if needed for damage claims.
