Lost or Damaged Shipments

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping agent, we no longer have direct control over the delivery process. Responsibility for the shipment lies fully with the selected shipping carrier.
If your package is:
– Lost
– Damaged
– Delayed due to shipping issues

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a report or claim, as they are responsible for handling delivery-related issues.


Can you help if there is a shipping problem?

Yes. While the carrier is responsible for the shipment, you are welcome to contact us. We will do everything reasonably possible to assist you, including:
– Providing shipment details
– Supplying necessary documentation
– Assisting with claim support where applicable

We are committed to helping you resolve the situation as smoothly as possible.
