All of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are not ready-stock items. Each order is highly personalized and tailored to your specific mini PC configuration.

– PSU models and mounting orientations
– Case models
– GPU models and mounting orientations
Can result in different cable lengths and routing designs, every set is custom-built according to your submitted specifications.
For this reason, cancellations or changes are normally not possible once the order is confirmed.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen.
Yes, exceptions may be considered under urgent or reasonable circumstances.
– If you are facing an emergency situation, we may approve a full cancellation with a complete refund.
– If your order has not yet entered production, we may still be able to modify or cancel it.
Production typically begins within approximately 2 days after order confirmation, starting from the cable cutting process.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check your order status before production begins.
